• 🛀 Private outdoor jacuzzi heated to 38°C (available all year round). Preparation/maintenance package of €50 for the whole stay. (Use until 10 pm).
• 🌡️ 3-seat infrared sauna in Canadian red maple (unlimited access).

🕹️ LEISURE: Arcade machine (3,000 games), 50" 4K Ambilight TV with Chromecast, and 20 m² terrace with gas barbecue.
The barbecue is available throughout your stay. Please clean it after each use and make sure to close the gas once you have finished.

🍽️ EQUIPPED KITCHEN: American fridge, dishwasher, wine cellar, and everything you need for convivial evenings (raclette and hot-stone grill appliances provided).

🛏️ BEDS:
• 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160×200).

• Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
• Towels provided. Please bring your bathrobes for the jacuzzi.
• Parties strictly forbidden out of respect for the neighbours.
• Please do not eat on the beds.

The apartment is located on the lower level of a detached house.

The jacuzzi is private, located outdoors, and available from 10 am to 10 pm. After that it is switched off.

Other things to note
On arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and a few complimentary products are there to get your stay off to a smooth start: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, toilet paper, etc.

We will also explain how the various appliances in the apartment work (jacuzzi, heating, dishwasher, etc.) so you can settle in comfortably.

When you leave, we ask you to tidy the kitchen, take empty bottles to the nearest container and put the equipment back in place (barbecue, tables and chairs inside).

Noise:
Out of respect for the neighbours, guests are asked to avoid any noise disturbance during their stay, especially in the evening.

In the event of a neighbour complaint, the guest alone is liable. In the event of proven noise disturbance, the guest may be asked to leave without any refund for the remainder of the stay.

Video surveillance
The house is under motion-activated video surveillance with audio recording for the safety of people and property. The cameras are located outside and cover the car park and the entrance.

Recordings are kept for one month and may be viewed by Gîtes & Spa Strasbourg staff and by the police in the event of an incident.
