⚠️ The barbecue is available throughout your stay. Please clean it after each use and make sure to close the gas once you have finished.
Please do not eat on the beds.

📺 A 65" 4K Ambilight TV with Netflix and Chromecast is at your disposal.
🚿 The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
🚿 A second bathroom with shower is also available.
🚽 Two toilets, one on the ground floor and one upstairs.
🧺 A launderette is located nearby.

We love seeing our guests have a good time! Small convivial get-togethers, background music, laughter and relaxation are part of the pleasure of the villa and are no problem at all.

The one golden rule: respect for the neighbours. To preserve their peace and quiet, significant noise disturbance is not allowed: no large speakers (sound systems), shouting or loud voices outside, especially in the evening.

Please also note that only the people included in the booking have access to the villa (no outside guests without prior agreement).

3 outdoor cameras: on the car park, the entrance and the terrace (motion-activated, they also record sound). No camera films the jacuzzi and there is no camera inside the villa.

Guest access
The whole villa is entirely at your disposal.

Other things to note
⚠️ IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU LEAVE ⚠️
1. DIRTY LINEN: PLEASE LEAVE ALL DIRTY LINEN (SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS) ON THE FLOOR OF ONE SINGLE BATHROOM.
2. GLASS BOTTLES: PLEASE TAKE THEM TO THE NEAREST GLASS RECYCLING CONTAINER.

On arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and a few complimentary products are there to get your stay off to a smooth start: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, toilet paper, etc.

We will also explain how the various appliances in the house work (jacuzzi, heating, dishwasher, etc.) so you can settle in comfortably.

When you leave, we ask you to tidy the kitchen, take empty bottles to the nearest container and put the equipment back in place (barbecue, tables and chairs inside the house).

Noise:
Out of respect for the neighbours, guests are asked to avoid any noise disturbance during their stay, especially in the evening.

It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10 pm and 8 am.

In the event of a neighbour complaint, the guest alone is liable. In the event of proven noise disturbance, the guest may be asked to leave without any refund for the remainder of the stay.

Video surveillance (outdoors only):
The house has 3 outdoor cameras, on the car park, the entrance and the terrace. They are motion-activated and also record sound. No camera films the jacuzzi and there is no camera inside the property.

Recordings are kept for one month and are only viewed in the event of an incident.
