Other things to note
⚠️ IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU LEAVE ⚠️
1. DIRTY LINEN: PLEASE PUT ALL DIRTY LINEN (SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS) ON THE FLOOR IN ONE SINGLE BATHROOM.
2. GLASS BOTTLES: PLEASE TAKE THEM TO THE NEAREST GLASS CONTAINER.

On arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and a few products are given to you to start your stay with peace of mind: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, toilet paper, etc.

We will also explain how to use the various appliances in the house (jacuzzi, heating, dishwasher, etc.) so you can settle in properly.

When you leave, we ask you to tidy the kitchen, take empty bottles to the nearest container and put the equipment back in place (barbecue, tables and chairs inside the house).

Noise:
Out of respect for the neighbours, guests are asked to avoid any noise disturbance during their stay, especially in the evening.

It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10 pm and 8 am.

In the event of a neighbour complaint, the guest alone is liable. In the event of proven noise disturbance, the guest may be asked to leave without any refund for the remainder of the stay.

Video surveillance:
The house is under video surveillance with motion detection and audio recording for the safety of people and property. The cameras are located outside the house and cover the car park and the entrance.

Recordings are kept for one month and may be viewed by Gîtes & Spa Strasbourg staff and by the police in the event of an incident.
