• 🕐 Check-in from 5 pm, check-out before 11 am
• 🐾 Pets welcome (€30/pet – please do not let them on beds or sofas)
• 🕊️ Quiet neighbourhood: parties and events not allowed, no noise outside between 10 pm and 8 am, jacuzzi included
• ♻️ Glass to be taken to the recycling container (map available in the photos)

🚋 Access
12-20 minutes from the centre of Strasbourg. Tram line F (Wolfisheim Henri Rendu stop) 9 minutes away by car.

🎥 Video surveillance
Outdoor cameras with motion detection and audio, pointed at the car park, the entrance and the terrace. No camera films the jacuzzi, no camera inside. Recordings kept for 1 month, viewed only in the event of an incident.

Other things to note
⚠️ IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU LEAVE ⚠️
1. DIRTY LINEN: PLEASE LEAVE ALL DIRTY LINEN (SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS) ON THE FLOOR OF ONE SINGLE BATHROOM.
2. GLASS BOTTLES: PLEASE TAKE THEM TO THE NEAREST GLASS RECYCLING CONTAINER.

On arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and a few products are left for you to start your stay with peace of mind: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, toilet paper, etc.

A user guide for the appliances in the house (jacuzzi, heating, dishwasher…) is available on site.

When you leave, we ask you to tidy the kitchen, take empty bottles to the nearest container and put the equipment back in place (barbecue, tables and chairs inside the house).

Noise:
Out of respect for the neighbours, guests are asked to avoid any noise disturbance during their stay, particularly in the evening.

It is strictly forbidden to make noise between 10 pm and 8 am.

In the event of a neighbour complaint, the guest alone is responsible. In the event of proven noise disturbance, the guest may be asked to leave without any refund for the remainder of the stay.

Video surveillance:
The house is under video surveillance with motion detection and sound recording for the safety of people and property. The cameras are located outside the house and cover the car park, the entrance and the terrace. No camera films the jacuzzi and there is no camera inside the house.

Recordings are kept for one month and may be viewed by Gîtes & Spa Strasbourg staff and by the police in the event of an incident.
