3 outdoor cameras: on the car park, at the entrance and on the terrace (motion detection, they also record sound). No camera films the jacuzzi and there are no cameras inside the villa.

Guest access
The whole villa is entirely at your disposal, as well as the terrace and the 2 parking spaces. No space is shared with other guests or with the owners.

Check-in is always done in person, by a member of the Gîtes & Spa Strasbourg team, from 5 pm. In case of unforeseen circumstances, a secure key box allows self check-in. A welcome video is sent to you before your arrival: it shows the access, the parking and how the equipment works.

Other things to note
⚠️ IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU LEAVE ⚠️
1. DIRTY LINEN: PLEASE PUT ALL DIRTY LINEN (SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOWCASES, TOWELS) ON THE FLOOR IN ONE SINGLE BATHROOM.
2. GLASS BOTTLES: PLEASE TAKE THEM TO THE NEAREST GLASS CONTAINER.

On arrival, the beds are made, towels are provided and a few products let you get started smoothly: sponge, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, gas for the barbecue, toilet paper.

On departure, please tidy the kitchen, take empty bottles to the nearest glass container and clean the barbecue, making sure to close the gas.

🔇 RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBOURS
The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise down, especially outside: quiet is required between 10 pm and 8 am, jacuzzi included. In the event of a neighbour complaint for proven noise disturbance, the guest is liable and may be asked to leave without any refund for the remainder of the stay.

The villa has 3 outdoor cameras, placed on the car park, at the entrance and on the terrace. They work with motion detection and also record sound. No camera films the jacuzzi and there are no cameras inside the property. Footage is kept for 30 days and is only viewed in the event of an incident.
